The classic mid-rear-wheel drive proportions and short front and rear overhangs contribute to the Emira's lightness and dynamics. Perforated design elements and a waistline that extends to the rear of the car emphasise the high level of dynamics.

Efficient aerodynamics are in the DNA of every Lotus. The Emira's clever design makes it the only car in its class that generates significant downforce, delivering extreme grip and stability at any speed.
Front canopy ducts: Continuing the Evija supercar's front canopy duct design, it directs airflow around the body to optimize aerodynamics.
Exhaust & Diffuser: Dual exhaust pipes on either side of the license plate mounting position provide space for a large diffuser underneath to increase vehicle downforce.

As a pure sports car, the Emira is pure to the Lotus DNA. The technology such as the extruded aluminum alloy bonded chassis has achieved lightness
Quantization, high rigidity and a very low center of gravity. Both power units have different power delivery characteristics, but what remains the same is a pure driving experience.
Two Paths to Win Emira offers two power options:
The 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine is built by AMG and specially tuned by Lotus, mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
The 3.5-liter all-aluminum supercharged V6 engine is paired with a manual gearbox, restoring the pure driving experience of classic Lotus with high-pitched sound and linear power.
Emira offers two different suspension settings:
The TourSuspension is tuned for more everyday rides, offering the grip that Lotus is proud of Control combined with a high degree of comfort.
SportSuspension offers a stiffer suspension setting for enhanced dynamics and road feedback.
Subtle details, just for driving
With the driving experience at the centre, Emira features pure ergonomics and a carefully placed instrument panel to ensure simple and intuitive use. Through the accumulation of advanced materials, network connectivity, and quality details, Emira has achieved another breakthrough in the driving experience.
The Emira provides the driver with excellent driving visibility, especially as the highest part of the wheel arch is located directly above the centre of the wheel, which provides an excellent visual reference for the position of the tyres when cornering.
The seat is based on rigorous ergonomics, which not only provides solid lateral support in high-speed corners, but also provides sufficient comfort for long journeys.
In addition to the engine's rpm climbing, the Emira also has a 10-channel sound system from the British brand KEF. For the first time, KEFUni-Q technology, which co-arranges the tweeter and midrange driver, is available in the car, providing an exceptional acoustic experience.
